Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Sandbox plan is free with no time limit and no credit card. You get the full platform with demo data so you can walk through real workflows before deciding.
What does the $250 Activation fee cover?
Activation is a one-time fee to go from the demo-data Sandbox to a live practice on real patient data, with a click-through Business Associate Agreement on file. Once activated, your team can begin using RCMTask for actual back-office work.
Are there per-user or monthly fees?
No per-user monthly platform fee on the Activation plan — the $250 Activation covers the core platform. One module is metered separately: HIPAA training is $9 per test, with an introductory rate of $1 per test through August 31, 2026, where one test covers one workforce member through their annual cycle. All other modules (eligibility, prior auth, denials, records release, etc.) are bundled with the Activation. Enterprise pricing is custom (from $1,000) and reflects the negotiated BAA and dedicated support included. Confirm current plans in-app before purchase.
Do you provide a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
Yes. Activation includes a click-through BAA suitable for most small and mid-size practices. Enterprise plans receive a negotiated BAA tailored to your legal review process. The Sandbox plan does not include a BAA because it does not handle real PHI.
Can a billing company manage multiple practices under one Enterprise plan?
Yes. The multi-tenant hierarchy supports billing companies and multi-location groups, with role/location/department separation between tenants and a single dashboard across them.
How quickly can we go live?
