Common contact questions

How fast do you reply?

Sales inquiries get a same-day response during US business hours, and within one business day otherwise. Customer support responds within one business day on weekdays, two on weekends. Security questionnaires get a first-pass response within one business day with the full packet typically delivered within two business days.

Do you offer phone support?

Not as a primary channel today. We are an email-first team — it gives us a written audit trail of every customer interaction, which matters for HIPAA. For Enterprise customers, dedicated support includes a scheduled-call option; reach out to discuss.

Where are you located?

RCMTask is operated by Rekha Technologies LLC in the United States. Our infrastructure runs on HIPAA-eligible AWS in US regions only; no customer PHI is replicated outside the United States.

Can I get a copy of your Business Associate Agreement?

Yes. Activation customers ($250 tier) get a click-through BAA included in onboarding. Enterprise customers negotiate a tailored BAA — request a copy by emailing security@rcmtask.com.

I think I found a security issue — who do I tell?

Email security@rcmtask.com with the details. We acknowledge reports within one business day and respond per our incident-response policy. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty but credit responsible researchers in our security acknowledgements.

I am a billing company — do you have a partner program?

Yes, informal today. Multi-tenant pricing for billing companies managing multiple practice clients is negotiated through Enterprise. Email hello@rcmtask.com with subject "Partnership:" and a brief description of your practice mix.
